Customer Service Officer A well-known Australian brand is looking for a Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their small team with a supportive network. Responsibilities and Duties Reporting to the Customer Service Senior, the responsibilities of the Administration Assistant will include: Assistance & Support provided to National Sales Manager and her Team Customer information requests Sales information requests Product information requests Marketing brochures Customer Service Answering Customer calls Assistance with Customer queries Processing of Customer orders Accounts Assistance with processing of Supplier invoices Assistance provided in relation to setting up Supplier Bank payments online Assistance with Debt collections (Phone calls & Emails) Assistance provided with processing of Bank Transactions General administrative support to the CFO and the Managing Director Qualifications & Skills The successful applicant will have: Proven experience as an Administration Assistant Basic book-keeping skills Worked with small business systems before, such as ABM preferred Ability to work well in a small team environment Good verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail The ability to multi-task If this is the right role for you, apply today.
