Senior Representative, AIA Sales and Retention

The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Sales and Retention team to provide high-quality customer service and solutions to our existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate for this role is a hard-working individual who is punctual, self-motivated and dedicated to achieving AIA’s philosophy of ‘Making a Difference’. To do this successfully you will: Promote the features and benefits of various AIA health insurance products Actively attend to inbound and outbound calls, building on warm leads Build and retain customer relationships by ensuring their needs are met Provide administrative support and maintain data integrity and accuracy Successful applications will demonstrate: Proven track record in the Private Health Insurance industry Strong multi-tasking skills Proven experience in a sales contact centre environment Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
