Pest Control Technician - Inner City Suburbs

Rentokil currently have opportunities for Pest Control Technicians, trainees or qualified, to join the Brisbane team and cover the Inner City Brisbane area (Indooroopilly, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Morningside). If you are new to this industry and ready to learn, we will get you qualified and licenced while you work. Work autonomously, working with domestic and commercial clients, inspecting premises, eliminating pests, building rapport with clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE This role will be based out of our Brisbane depot in Eagle Farm, and will include regular travel to cover the following areas: Indooroopilly, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Morningside. DUTIES Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of termites Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests Identifying sales leads in the region where possible Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process Developing and maintaining long term customer relationships SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Full Manual Australian driver's licence Ability to travel across the region The ability to work independently to achieve set targets Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing Moderate computer literacy Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships Ability to pass pre-employment medical, and police checks BENEFITS A fully maintained company vehicle and a mobile phone Travel allowance Uniform and on the job training Safety equipment to perform your duties Commission on new work Ongoing learning and development.
