Their mission is to impact and create better opportunities for those in need The Role As the Store Manager you will be responsible for displaying exceptional support to not only your team but customers. You will have strong problem solving skills, be able to manage high volumes of stock and think outside the box to create a unique shopping experience for everyone that steps foot inside your store.
Main Responsibilities Exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face Be able to prepare and deliver stock to always ensure replenishment of the shop floor Take on all store operations/admin tasks Full understand of OH&S practices Passionate about working with people Are self-motivated and driven Have excellent time management and organisational skills Ensuring your store is operating to policies and procedures Coaching and developing your teams to support their performance and development Managing operational duties such as effective rostering, visual merchandising, full stock control of deliveries and data entry.
