We are currently recruiting for experienced professionals in the Employment Services sector for the roles of Employment Consultants and Team Leader to carry out the organisation’s service delivery and engage with job seekers to ensure success of this new employment program for the organisation and clients alike. THE OPPORTUNITY: These roles are integral to the organisation and work within a team function.
You will work closely with management and other team members to ensure that all service delivery activities are running smoothly and are meeting legislative standards and you will be involved in the hands-on service delivery and case management of clients. Current priorities in these roles includes servicing clients and customers across multiple sites in the region, case management and ongoing support of clients, creating referral networks, client engagement, marketing and community engagement, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with the following: Proven experience working within the Employment Services sector in a case management or employment consultant type role or in a similar capacity; Experience working within and/or exposure or insight to the Employment Services sector or complementary sectors is highly sought after; Experience working with people to assist them better their life experience, for example through further training and education, work trials, and new employment opportunities; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen carefully, to seek understanding, and to problem solve; Strong organisational, time management and time critical skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and deliverables; The ability to work towards regular KPIs, targets and/or deadlines; Capable of being attentive and timely with administrative tasks; Proactive approach with the willingness to work autonomously as well as part of a team as required.

Salary for the roles are negotiable based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and fit for the role.
