Clinic Coordinator - AMS - Tully
Organisation Information: This organisation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation owned and managed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to provide culturally appropriate and comprehensive primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities of Innisfail, Tully, Ravenshoe , Mt Garnet and Babinda. Their service provides a multi-disciplinary approach with linkages to specialists and allied health providers to deliver preventative and ongoing holistic health care, health promotion and education, safety and wellbeing support to communities within our service region. The organisation is part of a larger network of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Community Controlled Health Services throughout Queensland and Australia.

The township is situated at the junction of the North and South Johnstone Rivers, approximately five kilometres from the the coast.
Innisfail is 90km from Cairns (an hour's drive) along the Bruce Highway. Townsville is a three and a half hour drive south and the Great Barrier Reef is only a half hour boat ride. There are plenty of tourist attractions within driving distance for day trips.
Position Description: The purpose of the Clinic Coordinator - Tully is to provide clinical leadership for the delivery of evidence-based, multi-disciplinary, comprehensive primary health care services that meet the identified needs of the community and target population. This position is also responsible for business planning, administration and financial management in collaboration with the Health Services Manager.
