Freight Distribution Admin Assistant

Reporting to the Freight Distribution lead, as an Administration Assistant you will be responsible all administrative activities to support Mobile Plant and Mineral Processing component and finished goods distribution.
With your excellent multi tasking capabilities, you will provide a range of support duties including responding to telephone enquiries, maintaining UNIBIS records, manage data working with Document Control system and other adhoc administration tasks as required. You will enjoy a busy role where you maintain and process invoices via Basware, support the preparation of Export documentation as directed by Freight Distribution Lead. With excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you will work alongside internal stakeholders and customers to implement contracts that ensure execution meets company targets.
Key Criteria: Business/office Administration certificate desirable ERP experience Extensive experience in Administration role Advanced Mircrosoft Office skills including Word and Excel Understanding of ISO9000 Quality Management Systems This is an fixed term (3 months until October) parental leave cover role based in Brisbane and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
