The role: You will be responsible for carrying out work on various equipment in our Canning Vale Workshop and on occasion may be requested to service our equipment and clients onsite. Deliver timely response to emergency breakdowns. Liaise with clients on site.
Maintain and adhere to safety standards and Zero harm focus. Provide a professional approach to mechanical solutions and maintenance of equipment. Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and parts dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and checking parts repairing and replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed reassembling engines and parts after being repaired testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance may respond to vehicle breakdown service calls The Person: Relevant Trade Certificate Valid Drivers Licence.
Elevated Work Platform licence (highly desirable) Experience working with Engines and Hydraulic equipment. Experience working with Elevated Work Platforms - Lighting Towers and Telehandlers (highly desirable) Demonstrate ability to carry out basic fault diagnosis and rectification Be able to meet deadlines. Ability to adhere to stringent OHS requirements.
Strong communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work Monday to Friday – 07:00am to 5:00pm.
