Looking for an experienced Change Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne CBD and working remotely. You will be experienced in organisational change activities in complex programs across large-scale environments, and will join a program team to implement the change strategy. Key Skills & Experience: Experienced in conducting change analysis and detailed change impact assessments Skilled in managing risk and issues using change methodologies to support change management activities for a project.
Deliver on change activities, including business readiness, facilitating workshops and events, negotiation and influencing stakeholders to define change requirements and business needs Ability to work with a varied range of internal and external stakeholders, through all phases of the system development life-cycle and providing support and solutions. Collaborate with other members of the team such as the training and communication leads to ensure consistency and coordination of change efforts Ability to analyse data to inform change management High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
