Leading professional services firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Strategic Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of client accounts. Leading professional services firm with prestigious client base Nurture and develop the key client relationships $130,000 - $170,000 inc super Ampersand have partnered with a professional services firm, known for its sophisticated, sales focused business development and relationship management function. An opportunity to drive the relationship management strategy across a range of key clients, has arisen in either their Sydney OR Melbourne offices.
The fundamental responsibility of the Strategic Account Manager is to work with relevant partners in developing and implementing robust account plans for the key clients. In this regard, the following are seen as underpinning responsibilities: Develop an in-depth understanding of the nominated clients, their businesses and assist with the collection, presentation, and dissemination of that information to relevant partners within the firm; Coach and otherwise assist Client Relationship Partners and other fee earners in the delivery of planned marketing, networking, negotiation and pursuit activities; Facilitate the penetration of client relationships across practice groups nationally; Chair regular meetings with the client team to ensure that the account plan is being appropriately executed; Prepare client reports of activities and results and coordinate research into client opportunities. To apply, you will present with tertiary qualifications and knowledge and expertise in a professional services account or relationship management position– ideally gained within the legal or accounting sectors.
