Brisbane Diamantina Health Partners (BDHP) The Brisbane Diamantina Health Partnership includes South East Queensland’s leading acute and community health services, primary care, research institutes, universities and government agencies. Through the partnership, BDHP’s members seek to accelerate the translation of research and evidence into education and healthcare practices, with the aim of tackling some of the biggest and most pressing health challenges facing communities throughout Queensland. BDHP Collaborative Networks BDHP Collaborative Networks will engage and partner with key stakeholders to: build cross sectorial collaboration and research capacity; identify problematic conditions at a systems level and decide how to best act to leverage change; build capacity for engaging and developing solutions directly with the individuals most affected by the problems; prepare for funding; communicate with impact and enable and support emergent innovation.
This will provide a platform for greater integration and collaboration between clinicians, educators, researchers, academics, policy makers and health consumers. com About this opportunity As BDHP Collaborative Networks Manager, your primary focus is to facilitate the ongoing development of BDHP Collaborative Networks and driving the creation of new collaborative networks within the program. You will provide network and engagement coordination alongside stakeholder support and facilitation. The role will also help to enhance collaborative potential and foster linkages across the BDHP stakeholder community and the BDHP Business Team.
The position reports to the BDHP Program Manager and is located at our Herston Campus , UQ’s core campus for clinical health teaching and research. Our ideal candidate Alongside qualifications and training equivalent to post graduate degree in business, project management or related field, combined with subsequent relevant experience in a similar role, our ideal applicant will demonstrate: High level ability to project manage service improvements in a complex program setting through stages of development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. track record of developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues and strategic partners.
Ability to collaborate and negotiate with existing and new stakeholders to facilitate implementation of network development with a focus on identified BDHP strategic goals.
