SAP PM - Plant Maintenance Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities 6-8 years of SAP PM Consultant with hands-on experience Client facing consultant mainly responsible for SAP Application/Maintenance project. Knowledge of SAP PM is a must as this includes the integration of the SAP Core with end to end asset management processes and systems, such as Scheduling and Planning, Maintenance Execution, Field Service Management, Project Management CTC (Contract to Cash) additional preferred skill. Based on Service level agreement supporting the users of the client in Incident, Service, Problem, Change Management, period end & Development activities As an SAP PM consultant, prepare and facilitate assessment workshops to determine the needs of the client for new projects.
Responsibilities include writing detailed functional mapping to SAP application and performing a functional gap analysis and process documentation. Other duties include providing consulting expertise on the system build, testing, and go-live stabilization. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirement.
Have knowledge of functional Specifications & document preparation. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to client requirement. Adapt in implementing SAP objects, preparing unit test and UAT documents, identifying necessary test data for various test cases, preparing test plan, testing in a quality environment, resolving errors while transporting objects along landscape etc.
Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Attend meetings with the client & Thoroughly understand the customer business process and drive strategic initiatives for Service Improvements and Automations Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with other cross-functional & Technical teams.
Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously. Responsible for monitoring & tracking the status checks of the critical jobs and application. Creation of integration test scenarios and scripts and provides support for user testing.
