Senior Digital Producer
Position: Full time Location: Melbourne, VIC Who the company is: Here at Portable we care about the world. Our clients are as passionate as we are and are working in government agencies and nonprofit organisations.
Our job to help them define, design and deliver new products, services and ways of working. Our producers are a vital part of this process, making sure our designs and developers have the resources and space to produce good work in all stages. You could be one if Organising and structuring projects are your thing.
You love nothing more than to get all the ducks in a row and to help everyone see how things could play out. You’re a planner at heart, you love to know what’s coming up and you want to be prepared in advance. Although you understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan and you need to adapt, winging it just isn’t your style.
You’re a people person too. You like to bring everyone along and include them in the plan. You’re probably pretty adept at understanding what other people need, and you’re motivated to help find solutions that meet everyone’s needs.
And you’re pragmatic enough to know that nobody gets everything they want all the time — you’re able to compromise and find the best solution (even when it’s not perfect). Qualifications & experience of an ideal candidate: You must have working knowledge project management methodologies. At a minimum, waterfall and agile.
You have a minimum of 3 year experience running projects within digital agencies or similar Experience using project management tools (JIRA) Proven ability to manage a financial budget for a minimum of 2 years. Remuneration: The salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $115,000, depending on your level of experience.
