The business is going an an accelerated growth period and is looking for a strategic and executional CRM Manager to join their team. They are dedicated to developing 1:1, personalised communications and building out a comprehensive and mature loyalty programme for customers.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will have the autonomy and support to drive the CRM initiative and build a strategy from the ground up. Your day to day: Research and plan effective customer journeys, constantly testing and learning Develop a loyalty programme and drive CRM strategies that is high-end and innovative Work collaboratively with the global and regional teams to drive business growth through an omni-channel approach Implement strategies and campaigns based on consumer lifecycle, brand pillars, launch activity geared towards increasing retention and spend Analyse post campaign reporting, partnering with wider teams (digital, ecommerce etc) to optimise ROI Leverage the database to draw insights for both store and online to identify purchase patterns, segments and trends Continuously look for opportunities to improve open rates, click through and revenue SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS 5 years’ experience in a similar role Proven experience in CRM and Loyalty Programme strategy and execution Demonstrable knowledge in customer journey planning, personalised communications and working with triggered and non-triggered campaigns Strong experience utilising database analytics, providing defined segmentation and identifying customer buying behaviour Hands on and in-depth knowledge of a key CRM platform e.g.
