Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

Role Overview: The Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant is an experienced, keen, high-performing person.

Focused on managing the technical deliverables for our clients; you will work across multi-faceted teams to showcase our passion for brilliant solutions. You will have a proven track record of delivering highly appreciated solution outcomes with enterprise-sized clients. You are used to managing your own work and are keen to provide a material outcome to the wider organisation, contributing via the creation of reusable assets or knowledge sharing activities from current and historic engagements.

Your strong client-facing skills and ability to operate multiple projects concurrently will contribute to your success in this role. Responsibilities: Delivery Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications Experience in requirements gathering, understand client’s pain points and presenting multiple solutions Expertise in drawing flow and other visual diagrams Ability to help design and develop solutions that meet the business need Ability to explain Salesforce functionality with non-technical personnel Ability to present and demonstrate a solution's business value to customers Experience in testing and training and communications Leadership Ability to self-manage, publicise availability and retain a high level of utilisation Ability to build strong relationships across Dentsu, Salesforce and client networks Ability to manage teams and juggle multiple projects and clients Coach, develop and mentor other team members, contributing to the development overall practice capability Sales Support account management, proposal and sales activities by contributing domain expertise Look to generate project extensions to generate revenue Maintains contacts with customers after an engagement ends Knowledge Looks to reuse assets when appropriate Provides acceptable case study content. Identifies and provides material contribution to creation of reusable assets from own engagements or to training or knowledge sharing activities.

To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university 3 years of experience in designing and configuring robust and powerful Salesforce solutions 3 certifications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experiences in multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Community and CPQ Experience in working in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models Excellent oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills Excellent.
