About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified person to join the Sale and Yarram Community Mental Health Team on a fulltime basis. This role requires comprehensive assessment, treatment design and appropriate referral of consumers presenting to a multidisciplinary team.
The successful incumbent will collaboratively liaise across community agencies and clinical teams, to deliver genuine, person centred care.
