Your role You will be responsible for providing full support to the Treasury Finance function, while ensuring high compliance and integrity of controls and processes.
Key responsibilities include (but not be limited to): Utilising solid working knowledge of IFRS & IAS including hedge documentation, designation and effectiveness testing; Ensuring effective, accurate and timely accounting for, reconciliation and reporting of treasury transactions, including funding, foreign currency, hedging of foreign currency bonds and interest rate management positions of Singtel; Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of documentation for all Optus treasury settlements, maintain relationship with bank counterparties and prepare daily treasury back office reports; & Ensuring that all bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations are performed accurately and performed on a timely basis which also includes accounts payable and hedge accounting. About you Finance or Accounting degree with professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CIMA); Strong Treasury Finance/technical accounting experience gained in a large organisation; Working knowledge and experience in the application of financial accounting standards and auditing principles are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and analytical skills; Advanced IT literacy including MS Office, BI and Visualisation reporting tools; & Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, coupled with top-flight communication skills.
