Hays Australia REM Seeking an experienced team leader to join a contact centre with a focus on exceptional customer service Your new company Weber Barbecues are a well-known success story, creating customer experiences like no other. They ensure their dedicated team are valued and supported every day, while building brand presence through positive reputation, quality products and unbeatable after sales service. Your new role Working from the Adelaide head office located on the CBD fringe you will be pivotal in ensuring continual exceptional customer service across a team of 12-18 team members.
Working in partnership as a joint team leader you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, handle escalated phone calls and motivate and coach the performance expectations and outcomes of the customer service team. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience leading, coaching and developing customer service team members.
The ability to be adaptable, enthusiastic and demonstrate a customer centric mindset. Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills. Strong skills within the Microsoft suite, experience in performance management and handling of escalated calls.
