APS Call Centre - After hoursHAYS
Hays Australia REM Join this outbound, after hours call centre within the Federal Government Your new company This large Federal Government Department is fundamental to ensuring Australians have access to economic benefits and development. They are responsible for running multiple programs that support the wealth and wellbeing of the Australian public. Your new role In the after hours contact centre you will be responsible for conducting surveys for a particular customer group who has enrolled into one of the Department's high profile programs.
This is an outbound contact centre position working from 5.30pm - 8.30pm.
The contact centre operates Monday through Thursday. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will: Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Be proficient in Microsoft suite Eager to learn Be available at least 2 nights per week on a regular basis What you'll get in return This position will see you working between 2 and 4 evenings per week on a rostered basis. You will receive your roster 2 weeks in advance.
All training will be provided to you in a supportive team environment.
