Your new role As a Sales Quality Assessor, you will be responsible for auditing all applications with accuracy and quality to ensure joint service standards are met. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and providing findings via feedback mechanisms to drive a continuous improvement culture. Completing Income verification, validating documents provided by the Lenders within WBC guidelines and policy.
Assessing the viability of the Responsible Lending Obligations from the information provided by distribution for the Customer ensuring they are within WBX guidelines and Policy and managed within SLA Develop and maintain positive relationships, building trust and confidence with Distribution by understanding their needs and by providing sound advice to maintain trust, confidence and repeat business Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advising them of deficiencies & common errors/omissions in Mortgage applications to ensure appropriate training/development can be undertaken Complete applications and communicate outcome/recommendations What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for ambitious individuals with a thirst for learning and development in the banking industry. You will display an exceptional attitude and work ethic combined with passion to succeed and service customers to the best of your ability. Previous banking experience is not necessary.
