Hays Australia REM CBD-based contract with reputable government department Your new company This reputable government department functions to give back to the community and protect it's most vulnerable members. Your new role They are seeking Contact Centre operators to join their team on a contract basis until June, with strong potential for extension to October and beyond. Your duties will include: Resolving all client enquiries via inbound phone calls and operating as the first point of contact for this department Being empathetic, professional and dedicated in all interactions File noting and recording all client interactions accurately on the database Updating and maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, store correctly and accessible Please note that to be successful in this role you will be required to complete a criminal background check, provide 2 recent references, provide 4 points of ID and potentially undergo additional security vetting.
What you'll need to succeed Recent and relevant call centre experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service Possession of a WWCC highly desired or ability to obtain one Ability to fully commit to this contract to June (potentially beyond that to October) What you'll get in return This role is looking to start ASAP and currently estimated to go to June with strong potential for extension to October and beyond. On offer to you is great working hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Friday in their Surry Hills-based office. You will be joining a supportive and friendly team environment and be paid an overly $30 per hour super.
