Hays Australia REM Seeking Customer Service Professionals for an opportunity to work for a State Government Department Your new company Opportunity to work for the firearm licensing division. This will be a project which will involve calling customers who are showing on the database as having an expired license. Using multiple systems to research license holders and assisting them in either extending the license or explaining the process on how to de-active the license.
Your new role You will be required to make outbound calls to license holders Assist clients on how to extend their license or how to de-active it. Expected to perform these tasks in a manner that provides customer service excellence. Use multiple systems and platforms to investigate and find information General administrative duties with strong attention to detail.
ASAP Start Based in the CBD/ Can WFH Full Time Hours | Monday- Friday 7am-4pm Rotating roster What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment providing excellent Customer Service. Strong administrative skills Ability to pick up new systems quickly Previous experience working in a government department would be highly regarded. Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards deadlines.
