Due to substantial growth in our Canberra office we are now seeking an exceptional Team Manager to support our growing team of Talent Resourcing Partners. Your new role Working as a Team Manager at Hays gives you the opportunity to develop and support an energetic team, whilst impacting success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional leadership and development skills.
You will maximise team performance through individual and team results and deliver against the sourcing requirements of our clients. Your focus will be to develop and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with the Hays values. On any given day you are likely to be involved in: Managing individual and team performance effectively.
Monitoring business plans and KPIs. Rewarding and recognising employees. Conducting regular reviews with team members, identifying areas for development and providing necessary coaching to address any issues.
Assisting management in conducting effective and timely performance appraisals. Conducting regular team meetings. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you'll already have a successful career managing staff, perhaps in a call centre, or as an Office Manager or Compliance Team Manager, and be able to demonstrate exceptional training and engagement of a team.
Your previous experience will be as part of a leadership team, and you'll be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and achieve KPIs. Your genuine passion for accelerating careers through coaching, training, engagement and mentorship will ensure your success in this position.
