Hays Australia REM Multiple roles exist for this Federal Government Department, for exceptional contact centre team members Your new company This Federal Government Department is looking for multiple customer service team members to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months in duration. Your new role As a Customer Service Contact Officer you are the first point of contact for customers calling in with enquiries or complaints. You will provide exceptional service, triage calls that require escalation or management by a different department and be able to compassionately listen and accurately record the customer query.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a customer care, customer retention or complaints contact centre is highly desired. The ability to compassionately listen, while establishing the cause of the call is required for this role. Along with the ability to retain and factually record information without bias.
You must be an Australian citizen to apply for this role and have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
