The team are now looking for customer service superstars to join them in assisting customers with their claims on a temporary basis. Your new role In this position you will be responsible taking inbound calls for the lodgement and assessment of claims, liaising with customers, speaking to internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution and maintaining concise records.

This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and rapport building skills ability to display empathy to succeed. What you'll need to succeed Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment Previous claims experience is highly advantageous Background in customer service call centres, retail or hospitality is also beneficial What you'll get in return You will be provided with full time classroom training and ongoing support from a close knit team.
