Hays Australia REM Customer Service Officer required for a Regional Government 12m contract. Starting June with accommodation. Your new company Our client is a small Local Government based in the Northern Country region of WA.
They are looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team on a 12-month contract and hit the ground running. Your new role In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience in the following: Administration Services: Records management – creating, maintaining and archiving data into TRIM software Perform administrative functions in SynergySoft TRELIS licencing software experience highly desirable Provide advice and process transactions in relation to Driver and Vehicle licensing as part of Department of Transport services Ensure all balancing and paperwork is completed daily Oversee the receipting and management of all monies coming into the Shire, including Petty Cash What you'll need to succeed Previous Local Government experience Demonstrated experience in customer service roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) TRELIS – highly desirable What you'll get in return A 12-month contract for the right candidate 60,000-65,000 super Shared donga with private ensuite provided What you need to do now If you are passionate about this role, click ‘apply now’ or want to find out about our other opportunities in Government Office Support contact Alexandra Kennedy on 9254 4594 or email Alexandra.kennedyhays.
