With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference About this Opportunity We are seeking to recruit an Inventory Controller for our Logistics and Warehouse Administration. This role will liaise with Accounts Payable, Suppliers, Cool room coordinators, Inventory Controllers, Warehouse Supervisors and Planners. It will also deal liaise on internal level with the warehouse Supervisor, Cool room employees, Planners, Production Coordinators and Site Administration.
We need you to coordinate the timely and accurate completion of stocktakes for all inventory items within your area of control and reconciliation of data and appropriate stocks analysis. You are a dedicated individual, shows attention to detail and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the business. You have commitment to delivering quality work.
You have a focus on efficient and effective work practices and procedures. Working within a team are key requirements of the role. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Review stock levels and condition to reduce write offs.
Ensure write offs, including short coded product, are entered daily. Investigation of stock control. Ensure all products are correctly received, stored, recorded and issued Stocks and use-by-codes are regularly monitored to meet business requirements.
Carry out inventory control, stock balances and reconciliation on finished materials and Pallets daily via SAP. Support other departments requiring stock information/valuation Perform routine and end of year inventory checks and stock reconciliation. Reviews of fast / slow moving lines carried out on a regular basis and recommendations implemented for corrective actions.
All outstanding orders are tracked for progress Receipting delivery dockets / invoices related to incoming goods receivable. Investigate e....
