Work in an environment that offers: Flexible working hours so you can balance your life commitments The Position Position Title: Advisor - People and Culture Classification: HS5 Salary per hour (exc. super): $46.99 per hour Hours per fortnight: 58 hours Employment Status: Fixed Term (6/2/2022) Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and coaching to all levels of management and others in their people management and performance responsibilities Understand, interpret and advise on all aspects of employee and industrial relations.
Assist in identifying and resolving people management issues resulting from structural changes, business changes and implementatin of new systems and processes. Provide support and guidance to managers regarding the retention of staff. Key Requirements: A tertriary qualification in Human Resources or a related field and/or demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Practitioner.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated abiliy to influence and negotiate to produce quality outcomes that contribute to strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply multiple Enterprise Agreements and provide high level advice to staff and managers on a range of human resources matters.

Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration. The staff in the Division of People and Culture provide support and advice in line with our strategic goals and objectives of empowering our people and providing a positive work environment for staff and volunteers where they feel valued, safe and supported to work together in delivering excellent care and services.
