Based at our Perth office, you will be responsible for multiple exciting projects, across WA and have the opportunity to make an enormous impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business. This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will overall responsibility for delivering end-to-end projects on time, on budget and to the required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (sales) and effective execution of the Order Realization Process (installation of patient monitoring, large medical equipment and hospital solutions integration.
Other key responsibilities will include: Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed. Conducting regular project plan reviews with all stakeholders Managing and communicating project risks and issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ''Lessons Learnt'' for projects Organizing the execution of the installation and required user training Your team Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will be working as part of a highly experienced team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. You will work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.
