The primary duties of this position are summarised but not limited to the following: Assessing vehicular crossing applications and their related proposed drawings; Conducting pre-pour concrete inspections for vehicular crossings to ensure compliance with approved plans; Conducting final inspections of vehicular crossings to ensure compliance with the currently applicable regulations; Investigating complaints and taking enforcement actions in accordance with relating legislative provisions; and Investigating complaints regarding erosion and sediment control on building sites. The duties may also involve any of the following: Investigating complaints about stormwater on private properties; and Taking enforcement actions about stormwater on private properties in accordance with relevant legislative provisions.
About You You possess a solid technical background in civil engineering projects; Ideally you possess tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or Building Surveying or equivalent.
