ABOUT THE ROLE: Located at Mercy Health Bethlehem Home for the Aged (Bendigo), Catering and Housekeeping Department Permanent Part Time position available Require suitably qualified cooks to provide nutritious meal options to our residents Reporting to the Catering and Housekeeping Manager you will ensure meals are prepared according to individual resident dietary requirements and served according to internal guidelines ABOUT YOU: Cooking Qualifications (Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery) Experience in a commercial kitchen and Aged Care is desirable Ability to operate in a team environment and during peak periods An understanding that producing nutritious meals is an important part of home life for residents Desire to make a difference and impact the lives of our residents by providing good meal preparation and technique ABOUT US: Mercy Health is a Catholic organisation grounded in a 2,000-year tradition of caring for others.
