Actively seeking an experienced HR & Administration Coordinator on a permanent basis for a growing business based South of the river in Perth. Client Details Our client is a small business going through extensive growth based South of the river in Perth. They are actively seeking an experienced HR & Administration coordinator on a permanent basis reporting directly into the Managing Director.
Description As the standalone HR, responsibilities include: Assist with the development and maintenance of current Position Descriptions Liaise with management with advertising Liaise with agencies, source & screen candidates for interviews and arrange temporary office staff as required. Assist in the Coordination and selection of new personnel i.e.
advertising, interview, assessment Prepare employment agreements and lodge Coordinate the induction of new personnel and provide starter pack Set up personal files for each individual that starts, making sure relevant documents are completed and signed Maintain all HR Records Oversee and carry out tasks as per the HR Calendar and management of the HR Department including but not limited to; HR document controlling Management of company filing structure & ensure company documents are kept up to date at all times Supervision of all registers & records so they are properly maintained All other Administration related duties. Profile Experience in a HR Administration role.
