Job Description This dynamic and busy role will utilise your experience as a HR Generalist and business partner in delivering sound advice, supporting and assisting business stakeholders with performance matters and improving service delivery to MSS Security clients through identification, planning, supporting and delivering operationally focused people processes and initiatives.
Other key duties include but are not limited to; Ensuring employee relations are conducted with dignity and respect by being a sounding board and providing the balance between the moral compass and business needs and objectives. Ensuring the recruitment and selection process to ensure service delivery requirements are being met, are cost effective, efficient and compliant with Company policies, procedures and guidelines Contributing and participating in identifying, planning and implementation of people initiatives and projects Having an instrumental and influential role in driving a positive working culture where the company values, policies, procedures and people initiatives are understood, practiced and constantly reinforced Desired Skills and Experience Sound understanding of all aspects of performance management Demonstrated ability to deliver timely projects and outcomes An understanding of the fundamentals of Australian employment law Previous experience in a business partnering HR generalist role Sound analytical skills and ability to identify core problems, determine alternative solutions, exceptional writing and editing skills Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Psychology or Business-related discipline How to apply Click APPLY and you will be taken through to the MSS Talent Management System to complete your application.
