CHE Proximity is looking for a new breed of Senior Account Director (Media) We are looking for a Senior Account Director with significant Media experience, who will inspire those around them to always strive for better solutions, helping us to build the agency model all others will follow. Our people get just as much of an adrenaline rush from solving business problems, to smashing commercial targets and winning the trust of our most senior clients. Your responsibility as a Senior Account Director (Media) at CHE Proximity is similar to that of a SME business owner, so you'll look to continually innovate and proactively build their group.
Responsibilities Work with our CHEP media teams and clients to develop media strategies that ladder up to their business goals. Manage the process of creation, production and presentation of the media strategy and media plans to the client. Integrate with the account service and creative teams to help bridge gaps between ideas and implementation.
Work with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless execution of all media campaigns. Produce client-facing insights through campaign analysis for review, demonstrating the efficacy of our campaigns strategy. Continually review performance and develop ongoing optimisation insights to be executed throughout campaigns.
Manage timelines and handle project management. Ensure accurate recording keeping and finances on accounts. Collaborate with the rest of the account management team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a client facing role in a media agency executing campaigns. Ideally fully integrated, however we will consider candidates with a strong skill set predominately in digital. Equally an understanding of data, how it can be used and its importance will be preferred.
Strong strategic thinker who is solution orientated. Ability to manage up and down. Proactively lead work through the agency.
Ability to immerse in client's business to identify opportunities and build relationships. The ability to work in a team and with other departments in the agency to solve client's business problems. Take an innovative approach to media strategy and planning - constantly look for new technologies and opportunities.
The desire to look forward, review interesting trends both inside and outside the industry and contribute to the vision of the agency.
