But importantly we think before we act. The Senior Social Director is an important senior position in the M&C Saatchi Woolworths team. You are charged with being a strategic leader in the business, by taking the lead as our senior social consultant on one of our biggest clients.
You will be responsible for developing brilliant customer-centric social and content solutions, delivering strategic direction then guiding executions through from creative brief into implementation. You will build strong relationships with your clients to help them define and overcome business problems and harness the opportunities presented. The role is focused on delivering day-to-day social and content strategic and social-creative consultancy, helping to drive Woolworth’s longer term vision for their social media, as well as working closely with other brand, CX, data and media strategists to unlock new opportunities.
Responsibilities Raise the standard for social strategic thinking and creative solutions for Woolworths; including by being a go-to for creative teams in shaping brilliant social solutions Take ownership for improving the integration and quality of thinking in your area of specialism across the team and agency; Brand, Social, CX, Data or Media Embed new methods and tools, including finding opportunities to bring in newer social capabilities to unlock greater customer value Develop a high performance culture through setting clear KPIs (where applicable), educating colleagues on best practice and the latest in the industry, whilst also fostering an inclusive culture which embraces collaboration and diversity of thought Sharing of strategic skills, insights and thought-leadership with the wider Greenhouse team, as part of internal learning and development and in an informal nature Develop strong partnerships with your clients, both senior and day to day, by becoming an indispensable partner in helping them overcome challenges and identify opportunities Foster collaborative relationships with other departments within the Greenhouse Maintain and foster strong relationships with platform par....
