Branch Admin OfficerHudson
Our large Federal Government client is seeking to engage multiple Branch Admin Officers / Executive Assistants in Canberra for an initial period of up to 6 months (with potential for further extension) to assist the Director and working directly to the FAS and supporting the entire division. Duties for admin officer includes but are not limited to: Branch coordination, record keeping, governance, reporting, finance, budget, recruitment, secretariat, and ad hoc admin assistance to their section, FAS and broader division. Delivering on assigned tasks regularly and quickly Report to the Director and other senior executives.
Key requirements: Good proficiency in Microsoft suite Have a can-do attitude Be able to prioritise Previous EA or administrative assistance is highly desirable but not mandatory The section is currently operating in a high tempo, so they need somebody who is proactive and is able to work in a fast paced environment. These are office based full-time 37.5 hours a week, hourly rate contract positions paying $40-45ph Super.
