Hearing Support - Administration OfficerQueensland Government
- Undertake accurate computer-based processing and data entry using QCAT's file management systems and recording programs. - Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - Support Tribunal decision makers in the hearing room including monitoring of recording equipment, coordinating attendance of Tribunal users (including using telephone and video conferencing), and managing exhibits during hearings.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the needs of clients and the general public by using appropriate questioning, problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills. - Prioritise tasks in a fast paced and high-volume environment to ensure customer service standards and timeframes are met, and to ensure effective hearing support services are provided. - Provide accurate information to registry staff and Tribunal members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide general administrative tasks as required by Team Leaders and/or Managers to support the delivery of services within QCAT. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
