The Team As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives are to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier, provide products and services to integrate all offices and to conduct continual process reviews. Your Role A fantastic opportunity exists for a full time Office Services Assistant to join us initially in a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 35 hours per week spread over the hours of 8.00am to 6.
00pm on a rotating roster. Part time is not available for this role. It's a 'hands on' and highly diverse position that provides invaluable support to ensure the group meets its objectives.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Performing internal deliveries and collections including the transport of documents, briefs and equipment Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (eg binding, laminating etc.) of all documents forwarded to the document production centre Sort, scan and dispatch of incoming and outgoing postage Book and track outgoing couriers Purchasing and stocking of stationary/office supplies Contacting suppliers and service providers and escalating any issues Various administration duties Please note that as part of this recruitment process MinterEllison will utilise video interviewing software. More About You We welcome applications from people with: 12 - 24 months previous experience within a similar role, from a professional services or corporate firm will be highly regarded exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels within a professional services organisation an ability and willingness to undertake some physically taxing and mobile work when needed excellent customer service a high level of initiative strong prioritisation skills a high level of attention to detail and accuracy a flexible nature resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own pride in your work and who you work for.
