We are looking for a junior level HR Administrator who is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow their career within a fun and fast paced environment Our client is a local business with national reach and are looking for someone to bring a positive can do attitude and take direction to work autonomously. Working under the HR Manager you will be expected to build and nurture relationships and ensure our people are supported whilst contributing to overall business success Successful applicants will be required to: General Administration duties which may include supporting the executive team. Efficiently managing diary entries to ensure appointments, travel and meetings are kept.
Device management, including keeping track of all business laptops, mobile phone etc. Booking and preparing meeting rooms for client interaction. Light invoicing duties.
Assist with covering reception duties when needed. Maintaining cost databases and reporting on them to HR Manager. Proactively consult with HR team to help improve business processes, staff engagement and well being.
General Adhoc tasks as instructed by HR Manager. Our ideal candidate will: Be a friendly team player. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be an independent self starter. Maintain professional presentation and grooming. Positively follow and promote core business values.
