Facilities Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Workplace Operations Supervisor to join our busy team in the Sydney CBD. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to take on this fast-paced role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus as having demonstrated team leadership experience.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Supervision of direct reports Ensure high standard of service is being provided at all times Building Emergency Management Plan and WHS best practice Undertaking of urgent, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance. Manage and logging of requests via building and in house systems Building liaison (including minimum monthly meetings) ensure the best possible service is provided Perform daily floor walks and quality assurance checks Ensure any maintenance required is logged and completed within a timely manner Build and maintain relationships at multiple client levels Third party contractor access Third party contractor performance, as per agreements Cleaning inspections Maintain appropriate registers, checklists, receipts, and statistical data capture information, in line with Quality Assurance Standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Perform administrative or ad hoc duties including, but not limited to collection of quotes and processing of invoices Hard facility management - waste, mechanical, electrical, fire and HVAC Maintain benchmark standards for housekeeping and general cleaning and maintenance Accommodation and space planning support of building restacks and churns Creating and reviewing standard operation procedures Responding to client enquiries and complaints ensuring timely and quality customer service delivery Organised and tidy – enjoy ensuring things are in their place Out of hours response Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in either Facilities Management, Business Management/Business Administration Expertise in multisite management Previous experience providing facilities management in a Premium building Managed, supervised and coordinated the work of a minimum of 25 suppliers Experience in compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation Familiarity with AFSS requirements Experience managing assets: Life cycle Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders Understanding of Restack facilitation Experience with SOP creation and review High level of attention to detail Effective time management and organisational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving skills Office Services or Hospitality backgrounds not required but highly desirable Desirable Criteria: Experience using ServiceNow and building management job logging systems Experience with SINE pro Knowledge of Mycompliance programme Salary: The salary for this role is $80,000 plus superannuation.
