Looking to help run this leading Construction companies Bids team, where you can make the role your own and be hands on Apply Now This leading design and construction fit out company with decades of experience across all construction sectors including residential, commercial and industrial are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to work along side the Bids & Strategy Manager. This Bid Coordinator will be responsible for when is comes to preparation of presentations, expressions of interest and tender submissions. As part of the tendering team supporting the Bids Manager this role supports the Company processes to win work Based at head office, you will be responsible for: Providing support to Business Development, Marketing and Estimating Team throughout the bid process life-cycle • Development and delivery of all national bids and tenders, along with assisting in pre-qualification questionnaires to ensure all tender documentation is completed • Development and delivery of selected panels • Drive the delivery of high-quality capability statements and expression of interests across a number of sectors • Create, updates and maintain tender templates following company branding guidelines • Copywriting and content creation for project sheets and CVs • Update and control the use of Salesforce.
You'll ideally have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Bid Coordinator, preferably working for a construction company developing an understanding of how a construction bid is put together .
