This is an exciting and varied role for an iconic brand, providing specialist subject matter expertise for all things Performance & Reward. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of HR, you will join the broader HR team and provide specialist subject matter expertise for Performance & Reward. It requires someone with a commercial attitude who is agile and looking for a broad role where they can also contribute outside of the typical 'Rem & Ben' silo.
Manage all facets of the Performance & Reward function Provide best practice advice on Performance & Reward for the organisation, ensuring Governance and Compliance (e.g. Reward Recommendations across new hire/promotion/transfer processes, based on internal and external benchmarking) Manage and communicate Incentive arrangements (STIP & LTIP) External market research by tapping into market remuneration data sources Support Health & Wellbeing initiatives leveraging local and global best practice Develop a plan and assist with delivery for the effective delivery of all Performance and Reward policies Deliver global recognition program and conduct annual Cluster P&R Reviews You 5 years' experience in driving local Performance and Reward function, with exposure across people performance practices and benefits Experience within an in-house global performance and reward team Strategic thinker with superior analytical skills and commercial acumen Agile, flexible, resilient and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business including the broader HR team Success Factors experience desirable though not essential If you believe you have the drive, passion and experience to add value to this organisation, then please apply online or contact Kayla Hoye on 02 9019 1600.
