ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your positioning within the business is center stage. You will be representing the McLaren Brand to all New and Used sales customers and prospects, evoking the brand values and providing customer excellence.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION Managing customer database, prospecting and follow-ups. Scheduling sales appointments and managing customer walk-ins Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately Administrative capability to use various software to build cars, manage the delivery process and timelines Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations Qualify customers on walk-in or upon lead Being able to comfortably and effectively ask for business to close a sale Host clients when and where required for various events WE ARE LOOKING FOR A proven automotive sales superstar with a history of demonstrated success with luxury vehicles Passion, positive energy and a desire to over achieve Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A genuine, honest and motivated professional.
