About Cottage Grove Cottage Grove Early Learning is perfectly situated between South Bank and West End in Brisbane.
Catering for up to 86 children from six weeks to six years, our building was constructed in 1904 and is a one of a kind heritage-listed building, with incredible architecture and purposefully designed environments to keep children, families and our educators inspired and engaged. The rich history of the building provides our centre with a timeless character and a homely feel. Our Centre Manager, Rebecca has been working in the Sector since 1999 and strongly believes that children’s first experience in early education should be a positive one.
Rebecca is passionate about education and recognising the value that early learning has on children reaching their full potential in preparation for life, not only school readiness. Our team is built on the foundations of passion, willingness and collaboration with an inspiring and knowledgeable Centre Manager who’s focus is offering continuous support and opportunities to each person in the Cottage Grove team. We are building relationships with the community and local food banks, providing food to the vulnerable while developing key life skills in each child.
About Your New Role: As our new educator, it is your role to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community. You will be intrinsically motivated to support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an educator, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team in your new role, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired educator within the Journey community.
