To achieve this, we have a remarkable opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Adviser to be part of a progressive and innovative organisation in a period of growth. Reporting into the Head of People & Culture you'll play a key role to support the successful delivery of a strong and positive end to end employee lifecycle experience to our leaders and employees.

You provide responsive advice and administrative services, connecting our people to our practices. How you'll make an impact Support new staff with preparing appointment paperwork, coordinating onboarding and conducting our new employee induction, orientation, and corporate learning experiences. Provide advice and support to managers and employees in accordance with VMIA policy and current legislation.

Provide support on setting and managing performance, learning and talent plans. Manage and deliver our corporate calendar of employee benefits designed to enhance the engagement and wellbeing of our people. Manage the employee transition process and programs for new joiners and employees departing the organisation.

Management and oversight of our electronic employee files, ensuring all content is scanned, stored, organised, and managed with our naming conventions. Manage the ergonomic assessment process. Provide support to Business on Divisional P&C cyclical activity and advice.

Contribute to and support the People Program transformation project. What we're looking for You have 5 years' experience working within human resource teams in a similar role. You have 3 to 5 years' experience working with people in a service environment, either as a HR practitioner or other environment where you have been responsible to manage a range of people related challenges.

Relevant qualification/s in human resources or a related field at Diploma level or above, or equivalent experience. You have intermediate systems skills including the MS Office suite and experience working across HRIS systems (we use CHRIS21 and Cornerstone) with the ability to pick up the navigation and administration of new systems quickly. Good understanding of Victorian Public Sector People & Culture policies.

Demonstrated experience supporting Business Partners on complex Return to work case management and legislative compliance knowledge and experience. Strong communication skills, you're a trusted advisor, with the.
