This is an ideas-driven and hands-on role, in which you will play a key role in driving technical excellence and efficiency within the team, pushing innovation and quality, and delivering detail and clarity in functional and technical documentation. What You Will Be Doing Write Epic descriptions and User Stories including clear acceptance criteria Assist with Backlog Grooming. Contribute to story refining, splitting, merging and removal Facilitate estimation sessions with Developers and QAs Utilisation of customer-centric development approaches including qualitative and quantitative analysis to build context, refine requirements, and measure product outcomes Identify/manage impediments, risks & issues. Take appropriate action to resolve or escalate.
Perform defect triage and early diagnosis. About You Strong HRIS domain knowledge is highly valued as our development and product division works across a suite of HR and payroll modules Proven experience having performed as a Product Owner in an Agile environment Analytic mindset, accuracy, attention to details, and creative problem solving Eager, organised, logical, practical, motivated, and curious, with a strong work ethic and coachable. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with a wide range of departments (Client Services, Sales, Finance, and Marketing) and other teams located across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
