Job Description The Plan Management Business Development Coordinator is responsible for: formalising and enhancing current business practices including processes, operations, standards and procedures by creating guidelines around the business delivery of Plan Management for WDEA Works. the development and implementation of a strategic growth plan for NDIS Plan Management. building relationships with all relevant stakeholders including LAC’s, NDIA Planners, Support Coordinators and participants to assist in the delivery and growth of Plan Management.
Desired Skills and Experience Good knowledge and understanding of the operations in Plan Management Demonstrated history in growing businesses activity in the NDIS space A willingness to travel across WDEA Works' sites when required The ability to communicate and market NDIS Plan Management to all key stakeholders Skills in computer literacy in client databases, accounting software packages, Word and Excel Experience with NDIS My Place Portal would be a further advantage For further information, please contact Jack Melican - 03 5564 5200..
