ABOUT THE ROLE: We are currently looking for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to support our clients to live independently at home for as long as possible, by undertaking assessment and observation of clients physical, emotional and social needs and ensuring any changes are reported to the RN Division 1, providing clinical interventions as required within the scope of practice, assisting clients with the administration of medication and participating and assisting with the assessment, development and review of client care plans. This role offers: - Flexible working hours - Mobile phone - Orientation ABOUT YOU: To be successful in this role you will have previous Nursing experience, have strong communication and time management skills and have the ability to work independently to provide nursing care to clients in their own homes. Previous experience in the home care and/or aged care sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
