Customer Service OfficerProgrammed Skilled Workforce
Our client, a leading Construction Materials supplier is seeking a suitably qualified Customer Service Officer- Inbound Call Centre operator to join their team in a temporary role with full time hours- 8.00am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Taking 40-60- inbound calls per day Processing quotes and orders through the SAP system Following up on CBD payments Maintaining and actioning customer inbox within 24 hours. Processing quotes Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions Liaising with account Mangers, Despatch, inventory Control, Selection Centres and other internal stakeholders. All other general customer service tasks as required To be successful in the role, you will display your proven customer service experience and ideally experience from a related industry.
You will have excellent computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft office suite, with SAP experience also preferred. You will demonstrate your strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
