Job no: 0052883 Work type: Continuing Location: Parkville Division/Faculty: Chief Operating Officer Portfolio Department/School: Business Services Salary: $96,002 - $103,921 (UOM 7) Role & Superannuation rate: Professional - Full time - 17% super About Business Services Business Services provides a full range of class leading information technology and facilities management services to all operating entities of the University, and fit for purpose and efficient Finance, HR and OHS services. About the role As the Systems Analyst, you will support a range of applications and SaaS products used by range of business units within the University. You will monitor the vendor delivery, assess any configuration or functional proposals that may impact data separation and coordinate the operational teams for the investigation and resolution of possible issues.
You will also be required to monitor and address the vendor’s quality of service across all modules owned by the University. About you You will be customer focused and have sound relationship management skills. You will be representing Infrastructure Services to the wider University so will need to be organised, detail oriented and accurate, and be adept at working independently and as a team player.
You will further have: - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience - Ability to interrogate SaaS products using API, Postman, Scripting data extracts to facilitate business unit information management. - Evidence of technical capability combined with the ability to communicate this to a non-technical audience. - Good understanding of data models and database concepts.
